Can I return my order?

Yes, within 14 days as long as the product is unused and in its original, intact packaging.

How do I request a return?

Send an email to info@aifcandles.nl with your order number and the items you wish to return. You will then receive the instructions.

What is the cost of a return?

Returns are always at your own expense. Important: We do not accept returns of LED candles that have been sent in a letterbox package due to the risk of breakage.

Can I exchange this?

Yes, you can exchange an item by returning the product and placing a new order yourself. Returns for exchange are at your own expense.

Do I get my outbound shipping costs back?

If you paid shipping costs with your order, you will receive these back. If shipping was free, no additional amount will be refunded.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Usually not, because your order is processed immediately. Email us as soon as possible at info@aifcandles.nl and we will assist you.

Returns

Of course, we hope you are happy with your order, but it can happen that something is not quite what you expected. You can return your order within 14 days, as long as the products are unused and in good condition.

We do not accept returns of LED candles that have been sent in a letterbox package due to the risk of breakage.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, and this packaging must remain intact.

Changing or cancelling an order

Once your order has been placed, it is processed immediately. Therefore, it is usually no longer possible to change or cancel your order.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different colour or item? You can exchange by returning the original product and placing a new order yourself.

Returning an item for an exchange is always at your own expense. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount according to our return policy.

How to register a return

Send an email to info@aifcandles.nl with your order number and which items you wish to return. You will then receive the return instructions.

Returns that are not registered or are returned outside the return period will not be refunded.

Always include your order number with the shipment, otherwise we cannot process the return.

Packaging and condition of the product

The item must be returned completely and carefully packed, including protection.

Is a product in a box? You may open it, but make sure the packaging remains neat. Carefully cut through the sealing sticker so you can neatly put the product back in later.

If the packaging or the product is damaged, a depreciation will be charged.

Important conditions

Returns sent to an address other than the one mentioned above cannot be processed.

If a return ends up at a different address, any costs and the risk of losing the shipment are for your own account. In that case, we cannot issue a refund.

Responsibility for the return shipment

The return shipment remains your responsibility until it has been received by us.

We only reimburse items that have actually been received.

If a shipment or part of it is not delivered, we cannot refund it.

Cost of return

The costs for returning are at your own expense.

Refund

Once your return has been received and checked by us, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used at checkout.

If you paid shipping costs with your order, you will receive these back.

With free shipping, no additional amount will be reimbursed because no shipping costs were paid.
